I am currently unemployed and I am looking for a job as an administrative assistant. I have done that all my life, but I ended up leaving work to be a housewife. Now that I am newly divorced I am struggling to find a way to get back on my feet and take care of myself. Things have changed so much since I used to work in an office. When I left there were places that were still using typewriters. Now it is normal for people to know a lot of computer software. I know a little, but I want to expand on that and make my resume look like something that is not from the Stone Age. I saw something online the other day about getting adobe photoshop training and I think that I may just do that. I cannot see how that program would be used a lot for the type of work I do, but I do not see how it would hurt anything.
